La Cantera Town Center Development – Shaping San Antonio’s Future

In 2024, we had the privilege of contributing to the La Cantera Town Center Development, an ambitious project set to redefine San Antonio’s Northwest Side. Our team assisted with permitting for this exciting new commercial and residential hub, ensuring a smooth and compliant progression from blueprint to reality.

This $100 million development, spearheaded by Phoenix Property Company, is poised to introduce 342 luxury apartment units and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Strategically located adjacent to The Rock at La Cantera, the project aims to enhance the area’s appeal by offering upscale living options and vibrant retail experiences. Construction is slated to commence in April 2025, with completion anticipated by October 2026.
