The Historic Pearl – Revitalizing a San Antonio Icon

What was once a historic brewery has become one of San Antonio’s most vibrant destinations—and we’ve been honored to be a part of nearly every step of its transformation.

Since 2003, we’ve worked in and around the Historic Pearl, providing fire protection engineering, flow testing, permitting, code consulting, and more. From bridges to retail spaces and gathering hubs, we’ve contributed to projects across the district—including Hotel Emma and the Food Hall, two of the Pearl’s most beloved spaces.

The Pearl is a perfect blend of past and future, preserving San Antonio’s history while creating a space for innovation, community, and culture. We’re proud to have contributed to one of the city’s most beloved destinations, and we can’t wait to see how it continues to evolve.
